From the surrounding area of Houston Texas, Richmond Chapter Leader Stephanie Merlo moved to Virginia in 2000 and later joined the Army.Stephanie served under the now-defunct “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy and has since dedicated herself to bringing awareness, activism, and support for the LGBTQ community.
