Program

Our People to People (P2P) engages members through community-based programming.

Our P2P Program takes a holistic approach in meeting the veteran where they are in space and time resulting in enhancing a greater sense of belonging and reducing barriers to accessing services and systems for our communities. The program provides human-centered case management services for minority and underrepresented veteran communities.

Meet Seattle's Program Director

Melissa Margain served in the United States Army from 2005-2013. She currently serves in several leadership capacities for Non-profit organizations geared toward the advancement of Veterans. She utilized her leadership and coaching skills to equip and empower individuals to develop the economic mobility to move out of poverty.

Melissa believes that advocacy and representation play a critical role in improving community well-being and social equity.

Diversity is being invited to the party but inclusion is being asked to dance"
